Bangladesh’s very first e-wallet service iPay Systems Limited has signed an agreement with popular ride sharing service Pathao Ltd. The agreement took place on 10th September, 2018 at iPay Systems Limited headquarters located in Gulshan 1. Both companies provide apps that are making dynamic changes in Bangladeshi society. iPay members can now easily take Pathao rides without any hassle of money change. The members are also, applicable to other services provided by Pathao such as parcels and food delivery services where they can make seamless and instant payments through iPay. Both Pathao Ltd & iPay take yet another step towards Digital Bangladesh.

iPay systems limited is the first digital service wallet provider in Bangladesh with license provided by Bangladesh Bank as Payment Service Provider (PSP). Members can easily download the App from Apple Store or Google Play Store to sign-up and then get verified to start transaction. Moreover, members can pay their bill, send money to their bank accounts or add money to their iPay wallet from their bank accounts, send money request to their friends and family and also top-up mobile bill.To sign-up in iPay, members need to provide general information like name, and mobile number and also set password. Then for account verification members need to upload their photo, National ID Card/Passport/Driving License. Then lastly to ensure source of fund, members need to add money to their e-wallet by adding either their bank account or Credit/Debit Card.
